We are exploring options to add a ballet class for adults with our Ballet instructor Mireya. Please fill out our interest form as we would like to hear from you!
Why we’re considering this class
Ballet builds strength, flexibility, balance, and posture — excellent cross-training for dancers and a great fitness option for adults.
Mireya brings experience teaching adult learners at all levels.
Adding ballet would expand our adult offerings and create more opportunities for mindful, technique-focused movement.
