Tuition is processed automatically either monthly or seasonally to reserve your spot in class. All tuition payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

A non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment. This fee secures your spot in class and is applied to administrative costs.

We understand that conflicts may arise. However, makeup classes are not offered at this time. Your tuition holds your spot in class for the month, whether or not you're able to attend.

You are welcome to pause your class for up to one month, which will hold your spot in class. Please note that a reactivation fee will be charged when your class resumes and your automatic payments are reactivated.

If you need to take a break, to withdraw and avoid being charged for your next tuition payment - whether monthly or seasonal - please email info@satrangarts.com by the 25th of the current month. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

To maintain a focused and supportive environment for all participants, we do not allow guests or observers during adult classes.

We know it’s exciting to watch your child grow, but to minimize distractions and help students stay engaged, we do not allow parents or guardians inside the classroom during class time. Thank you for your understanding.

At this time, we do not offer drop-in or trial classes. However, we occasionally run special promotions or open classes—be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any upcoming opportunities!
